ESPE inaugurates Reflow’s new headquarters, a strategic hub for renewable energy plant maintenance
8 May 2026
ESPE has inaugurated Reflow’s new headquarters in Galliera Veneta (Padua), a new operational hub dedicated to the Group’s maintenance and management of renewable energy plants. The facility, comprising approximately 500 square metres of office space and 1,000 square metres of warehouse area, has been designed to support the more efficient coordination of operations across the country and to underpin the company’s ongoing growth.
Reflow has rapidly established itself as a specialist in both routine and extraordinary maintenance of photovoltaic systems and small wind turbines, recording significant growth in terms of operational activity and workforce. From 2024 to the present day, the company has expanded from around 15 to 45 professionals operating across several regions in Italy.
The opening of the new headquarters marks a further step in the ESPE Group’s development strategy, aimed at ensuring operational continuity, efficiency and long-term reliability of its plants.
The 2026 edition of Duezerocinquezero, the National Forum on Sustainability and Energy, has come to a close. The event brought together institutions, businesses, research organisations and academia in Padua to explore the challenges and opportunities of the energy transition. It was an intensive three-day programme of meetings, dialogue and exchange, held in a high-profile setting that once again highlighted the value of bringing together diverse expertise and perspectives. The participation of institutional representatives and leading players from the energy sector further reinforced the Forum’s role as a recognised platform for dialogue between the public and private sectors. We would like to thank the organisers and all participants for the quality of the discussions and the valuable networking opportunities that emerged during the event. For the entire ESPE Group, it was a pleasure to contribute actively and with genuine commitment to shaping the future of Italy’s energy landscape.
See you at the next edition!

The Renewable Energy 2026 Conference, organised by Politecnico di Milano, has just concluded. The event is one of Italy’s leading forums dedicated to analysing trends and future prospects in the renewable energy sector, and ESPE took part as a research partner.
The conference provided a valuable opportunity for dialogue among industry operators, institutions and key stakeholders, offering an up-to-date overview of market developments, from technological innovation to regulatory evolution.
During the event, Ernest Juricic, Sales Director at ESPE, shared the company’s perspective on the development of photovoltaics in Italy, with particular attention to agrivoltaics, an area that is becoming increasingly strategic for the sector’s growth.
His contribution emphasised the importance of an approach that integrates technical expertise, sustainability and constructive dialogue with local communities—an essential factor in delivering projects capable of generating shared value.
Participation in the Observatory confirms ESPE’s commitment to actively contributing to the growth of the energy sector and to the development of sustainable models.

The two-day event Energyear Italy 2025 successfully concluded on October 15–16 at Unahotels Expo Fiera Milano (Pero), bringing together over 1,000 energy professionals, 100 speakers, and 80 partners.
The event confirmed itself as one of Italy’s leading gatherings dedicated to energy transition, renewable energy, energy storage systems, and new models of self-consumption.
Among the key participants was Espe S.p.A., represented by its Sales Director, Ernest Juricic, who took part in the panel discussion titled “The Future of Self-Consumption: Market Expansion Opportunities and Energy Impact.”
Espe’s participation in Energyear Italy 2025 was an important opportunity to engage with institutions, operators, and technology partners, and to share its perspective on the latest distributed generation, photovoltaic, and energy storage solutions.
We sincerely thank all visitors and professionals who shared ideas, insights, and projects with us for a more sustainable energy future.
